@mthomas12689 Do it. I just got a 60D about a month ago. LOVE IT. Great camera. Great video too.
Matt….I appreciate your vids…
I am looking very seriously into purchasing a 60D soon. I was teetering back and forth between it and the Nikon 5100… But I am looking at the 60D as something just a bit more suited for my overall desires…(stills and vids.) I have seen the 60D at best buy and other places with the 55-200 lens for about 1200 bucks. Should I do this or buy body only on line and look at a separate lens purchase? The lens is cheaper when purchased w/ the camera.
hey matt when you do these lens kit videos, could you list the lenses that you recommended in your video, in the description? i hate having to keep going back and forth to listen to which lens you said..
what about the tokina 12-24mm??
Also, the Sigma 70-200 2.8 OS is only $100 more expensive than the Canon 70-200mm F4 IS. It’s still nice to have that extra wide aperture if you are taking portraits and really want to knock out the background from your subject.
That Sigma got really high scores and it’s about $1,000 cheaper than the Canon version.
I know you really like the Sigma 8-16, but I would also add the Tokina 11-16 2.8 as another recommendation. Great build quality, sharp, only ultra wide angle zoom with 2.8 aperture throughout and cheaper than the Canon 10-22mm.
11-16mm is wide enough for most landscape shots. The 8mm range on the Sigma might be useful for certain situations, but I believe the 2.8 aperture on the Tokina would be more useful than a slightly wider field of view in most situations.
Hey can u try and reveiw the sigma 50-500 os…you would be the first on youtube to do so, thank you in advance
Umm Matt, after being subscribed and following your vids for many months now, I’ve come to the realization that you just sit there talking…
Surely, you can spice things up for us?
We’d love to see you go out, take family vids, edit, etc.
