Diana+ 20mm Fisheye and Diana+ SLR Adaptor on Canon EOS Diigital Rebel XT 350D DSLR. The adapter locks onto the body, but the lens screws onto adapter loosely.

I bought the adaptor and Superwide for my Nikon, same thing the adaptor locks in but the lens is loose, so I used black electrical tape to keep everything firm.
@theleakybrain: Thanks for the great tip! It makes it easier to use the adaptor and to follow Lomo rule #5: Don’t think.
