Canon PowerShot A710 IS is approximately 7.4 megapixels on the Canon website but others are saying 7.1 mp. The Powershot A710 digital camera shoots 1.7 frames per second a bit slower than the Canon Powershot A710 IS which shoots at 2.0 frames per second. Not a huge difference for the normal digital camera user, but definately slower.

The Canon Powershot digital camers is easy to use and for those people that are still film users will find this an easy camera to jump on the digital camera bandwagon.

The Powershot A710 IS comes with a 4X digital zoom and at the suggested price of $399 is a good choice.
