I have a broken Canon Rebel XTi that can’t be fixed but I’m wondering if I can sell the camera really cheap for the parts or anything like that?

Take it to a parts store.. and sell it for parts.

Take it to a real independent camera shop. Maybe it’s worth a few dollars.
Possibly. I sold my older 3 yr old broken Dell laptop on eBay for $ 190 last month
Maybe a camera store that sells used will take a trade in so it can fix it and resell it or for the parts.
You can always try selling it on ebay or craigslist, just be upfront about the it being broken. I added some links below, the last being to KEH Camera who deals used equipment, check with them.
Last, contact Canon and see if they offer some credit toward a new camera or lense?
