@AshikaUmanga There is no difference, the cameras are made where ever Nikon has a factory. The majority of Nikons’ DSLR’s are made in Thailand. They hand build the pro level models in Japan still.

i bought my D3100 today.It says Made in thailand ? Is there a big different between Made in Japan vs Made in xxxxx ?
