the “?” button is the most rockin thing ever. anytime almost anywhere in the menu just press and hold that and it will tell you what it does when to use it. Now if the manual is getting a little rediculous and the “?” button gets boring after awhile pick up a copy of The Digital Photography book by scott kelby. you can order it online and then torrent it if you want to read it today, youll love it i promise!

A class will do you wonders, but most of what you have learned from your 35mm Nikon will take you far.

Here’s a great guide that I suggest you print out and keep for reference. I’ve done the same for every Nikon DSLR that I’ve owned.
