Recently, my father bought me an automatic film SLR with a Sigma 70-210mm lens. I’m wondering if it’s compatible to any Canon SLR?

It depends what mount it has on it. Because Sigma are a 3rd party lens manufacturer, they have all different lens mounts.

Basically if it is an EF lens mount, it will work.
