Your starting point has to be:

http://www.lomography.com/

but there are plenty of other sites out there. The various Lomo cameras out there are pretty much built on the existing “classics” so new variants are rare.

The other site you should maybe have a look at is:

http://www.lensbaby.com/

It’s a different approach using a specialist lens for DSLR cameras, the only downside being by the time you’ve the full kit it can be somewhat costly. The results though can be astounding!

-edit-
I should say I’m a LensBaby fan, getting close to the point of dedicating a camera to it!

Lomography isn’t the only lo-fi camera maker out there. There is also Superheadz, who makes the Blackbird, Fly, the 35mm TLR and the Golden Half, a 1/3 frame 35mm camera that looks like a Kodak Brownie Holiday.

As far as websites that cover these, Lomography.com is theone that will give you info on each specific camera, but there is also:

Moominsean covers lots of lo-fi stuff, new and old.
