The Nikon D1 I got off ebay. Nikon’s first digital SLR. It’s built like a tank!

2.7 megapixels, professional-grade SLR from 1999.

A real collectors piece which I believe still takes great images..

Unlike my D40 it meters with non CPU lenses like the lensbaby. I’m hoping I can do some creative things with it.
