Hi there, Nice show … Wonder can you give me a little help? I have just found a second hand E 410 and its in great condition but came without lenses ! I already have a Canon SLR is there any way to use my Canon lenses on the E 410? Thanks in advance ;)

Pouteen on May 3rd, 2011, 3:02 am

@skatergal108 you can get some great pictures with the Canon Rebel T2i with alot of options. Also it takes pretty impessive video. Easily in your price range, its about $900 which will leave room for tripod, bags, lens ect

Hi, those experienced please comment. Okay so I am 15 and I am a beginner I had a nikon coolpix 360 touchscreen digital camera and ever since I loved taking pictures. I am looking for a camera that has image stabilization and dust control also has color control and has very high quality pictures and will be at least10 mp and has a low cost underwater case. I love to take spontaneous, macro, indoor and landscape photots I would love all of this under 1,700$ thank you!

omg such a horrible review,
i think people who know will agree with me that he changes the lenses in a wrong position, and also the lympus would cost less than a Nikon or Canon

Rwmhos on May 3rd, 2011, 5:40 am

Does anybody know how to remove (yes, remove!) the annoying strap lugs from the E-410 camera body? Can i unscrew them??

xenophobephoto on May 3rd, 2011, 6:03 am

Inaccurate comments.
One part I will comment on is the BS about the
Olympus being “a lot smaller than my Pentax”.
Pentax he is referring to as being the smallest when he bought it was the
Pentax DL/DL1/DL2. “A lot smaller”??? The ONLY thing that makes
the E-410 (or E-420) about 4% smaller than the Pentax DL/DL1/DL2 is its LACK of a grip.

Continued in next paragraph.

xenophobephoto on May 3rd, 2011, 6:14 am

THAT’S IT. When you hold the DL/DL1/DL2 it has a great feel. The E-410/E-420 feels like a plastic toy. If you think it will be like an E-3 THINK again.
How do I know? I have both DL2 & E-410 (and an E-3).
Further, if you place the smallest lens Pentax offers on the DL/DL1/DL2, which is their 40mm, and on the E-410/E-420 it is the 25mm, the Pentax is SMALLER, and that’s with the nice built in grip.

Hey Im wondering betewen the e-410 or the s2000hd/fd by fuji

which is the better camera?

i no that they both 10mp but the fuji has 15 or 16x optical zoom? which would be the better choice?

thanks

hallal55 on May 3rd, 2011, 6:43 am

whats better this or the finpix s2000hd??

sunnysidedown04 on May 3rd, 2011, 6:52 am

the only problem with these reviews is that he’s trying to sell it to you, so nothing is ever bad

Switching of what automatic thingy? are you saying I can stop the pre flashes? Even when auto pop up flash is not on it does this. And it is kinda of distubing to the soubject since the flash is bright. and its flashing so many times. They often loose the pose for a but because their cut off guard

keyzin on May 3rd, 2011, 8:41 am

hi just to let you know that the series of flash is to allow the camera to focus on the image when the final flash is being shot … as the light exposure during night time is very low the focusing rate is difficult to get the exposure… therefore normally 2-3 short flash till the final flash … you can remove it in the setting by switching off the automatic thingy which i not very familar

sistaboo15 on May 3rd, 2011, 8:55 am

I Just bought this camera and I am having an issue with the flash. I don’t have a lot of knowledge of this camera and it is my first Dslr. But when i am areas where there is low light and I put up my flash. It does a series of pre-flashes. i can understand one. But sometimes it does like 4 or five. And it takes forever to take the actual pic. I don’t know why it does this. Can anyone help me out with that? its really annoying.

glydeuserhelp on May 3rd, 2011, 9:01 am

kk thanks do u think this would be a good camera to take burst pictures of friends skateboarding!???

ddawguga on May 3rd, 2011, 9:26 am

About 4 seconds. Not bad I love this little camera. I got it with the two lens kit for $200 cuz it was last one at hhgregg, which i normally hate(i used to work there). But it usually runs like $300-$400 I think.

glydeuserhelp on May 3rd, 2011, 10:25 am

and how long does it take to turn on and start taking pictures!?? is it really fast like the canon rebel ex!???

glydeuserhelp on May 3rd, 2011, 10:53 am

PRICE???? for both packages

shingami24 on May 3rd, 2011, 11:11 am

I have this camera.I think it’s amazing and useful for beginner.
It takes beautiful photos

Hugobear69 on May 3rd, 2011, 12:01 pm

Ahh i have E-410, one of the best and most useful camera in the world… 420 is almost better :D

AceLockCo on May 3rd, 2011, 12:46 pm

You can only look at one or the other, not both at the same time. It is an SLR so it has to move the lens.

guglio1290 on May 3rd, 2011, 1:22 pm

Movie mode is generally a sign of a crappier camera, unless it’s in one of the 4,000 pound Canons.
