Photomicrograph, poorly differentiated squamous carcinoma, unknown primary. Taken through the eyepiece lens, using a Nikon Coolpix s5100 digital camera. The quality isn’t wonderful, but good enough for a hospital tumor conference. Cytokeratin immunostain, showing brown staining of a particular cytokeratin, contrasting with unstained lymphocytes (with blue nuclei) to the left.
