What do news anchors say to each other when the camera zooms out?
Question by nautica17: What do news anchors say to each other when the camera zooms out?
You know how after the newscast is done and the end music starts playing and the camera zooms out, etc. Something like that. Well, what are the anchors saying to each other? I’ve always wondered that for years. Are they just commenting on a story or something? They always seem to be laughing.

I have spent some time in T.V. studios and can tell you that they are usually talking about trivia, things like pizza, gas stations, their pets and what they did on their last day off.
News anchors in general don’t care much about the news. It is a show, entertainment not a chronicle, and absolutely not “journalism”.
