Exposure modes are preset modes for specific situations, such as Indoor Portrait, OutDoor, Scenery. Metering is the ability to change the settings manually. Beginners will want Modes and Experienced users will want to set the camera manually and use metering.

Exposure Metering is “Aperture” and Exposure Modes are Shutter Speeds(Auto,Manual,TV mode and AV Mode).Very Simple
